POWER CAST LX forms a friction-reducing film with extreme pressure additives that provide maximum protection, reduce soldering, and ensure clean, smoke-free operations. Its unique inert additive offers graphite-like barrier protection against washout and thermal shock.

APPLICATION

  • Granule size: approximately 1.0 mm

  • Reduces lubricant consumption compared to conventional oils

  • Forms a strong friction-reducing film with high-pressure additives

  • Provides graphite-like protection against washout and thermal shock

  • Minimizes soldering and buildup on shot tips

  • Promotes cleaner operation with less smoke and residue

Dosage for POWER CAST LX should be adjusted according to the tip size and casting weight. For accurate application and reliable performance, use of POWER SPRAY equipment is recommended.
